Blake Lively's Instagram Highlights Ryan Reynolds' Charm


On July 11, actress Blake Lively, delighted her Instagram followers with a humorous and heartwarming video. The clip featured her husband, Ryan Reynolds, on stage at the London premiere of the upcoming "Deadpool & Wolverine" movie. The star of the show? None other than Dogpool, played by a dog named Peggy. 

In the reposted video, Reynolds cradles Peggy, the canine actor, eliciting a playful reaction from Lively. She joked on her Instagram Story that Reynolds was attempting to "get her pregnant again," accompanied by a sticker of an alarm and a cheeky caption.

"SOS He’s trying to get me pregnant again," she wrote. "Put the dog that you find adorable in spite of societal K9 expectations away and take off the damn teal suit! Rude."

Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have been married since 2012 and share four children: daughters James, 9, Inez, 7, and Betty, 4, as well as a fourth child born in 2023. The couple's playful banter on social media continues to charm fans, showcasing their strong bond and sense of humor.

At the London premiere, Reynolds stood beside his co-star Hugh Jackman, introducing the audience to Peggy, who sported her red Dogpool bodysuit.

The actor affectionately referred to Peggy by her many nicknames: "Guys, this is Peggy. AKA Mary Poppins, AKA Dogpool. Get a good look. Her nipples are the size of children’s fingers; she won 'Ugliest dog in Britain,' but we’re not telling her that."

Reynolds added humorously, "Because she is a 10 in our hearts, isn’t she." He further explained Peggy's quirky traits, including her real tongue, which he had experienced firsthand.

"And that tongue by the way is real," he continued. "And I have tasted it and I’m sorry about that. Yeah, she loves to lick, loves to just get right in there. She is really, truly amazing," he said, adding a final note on Peggy's impressive training.
